Professionally trained technicians at your service
All client engineers/technicians participate in an e-learning programme which is managed by Konica Minolta Europe and recognised worldwide. Currently all of Johannesburg Konica Minolta’s engineers/technicians have passed the Associate, Professional level training and colour expert. The company already has a number of recipients of the Konica Minolta Colour Master Diploma within its ranks, of which there are only a handful worldwide. Some of our technicians have also accomplished Expert Level training.

- We provide Loan equipment to the same specification as machine needing repair, if a machine cannot be repaired onsite.
- We have no minimum monthly billing – we will only bill you for the copies made in a month
- We charge the same copy charges regardless of the monthly copy volume – no tiered pricing
- Fully comprehensive service contract with NO hidden costs or exclusions

Your Konica Minolta system is able to communicate with us directly using wireless GPRS technology, or Internet / email connection whenever a problem arises.In simple terms: Before you even recognise a problem – we already know about it. Since the system sends us the details immediately, we are well-prepared to respond straight away, requiring no interaction from your side. Service at its best!
Any issues, including system errors, are automatically and accurately entered into our service management system, creating less workload for service controllers. Replacement notifications are directly transmitted to our technicians for immediate action.
Unlike other suppliers, vCare goes beyond a one-way system. Information can directly be obtained from your devices, too, enabling us to get metre readings on demand and check the latest status reports online. vCare actually encompasses six branded services, some of which are already available.
vCare enables us not only to keep track of a specific device’s performance, but also to monitor maintenance trends for a range of equipment.
